Music: A Tool for Connection

In 2015, I edited this project for my final assignment of NYU’s “Love, Actually” course. Much like the curriculum of the course, this video aims to showcase the different forms and expressions of love, however it’s done through the lens of popular music from the time. Though I created this video early in my journey as an editor, it was one of my favorite projects I did at NYU and a stepping stone on my path to becoming a more advanced editor. Also, it’s an enjoyable time capsule for some of music that dominated the airwaves in 2014 and 2015.
